Privacy

Users remain responsible for content they upload, process, purchase, license, download, distribute, or generate through platform services.
Users must have the necessary rights and permissions for any content they submit or use.
Availability
Services are provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep systems reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Endalon
Endalon is operated by Aetras for the distribution and licensing of sound assets, audio resources, and related digital products.
Endalon may include accounts, licenses, downloads, credits, purchases, and access to digital assets. Specific products, licenses, credits, datasets, or commercial arrangements may have additional terms.
Digital purchases, credits, downloads, and licenses are subject to the information shown at checkout, including price, taxes where applicable, usage rights, restrictions, and refund or withdrawal information.
Credits & Purchases
Aetras may use a credit system for platform actions. Credits are digital access units and may be subject to additional purchase terms at checkout.
For consumer purchases, any available cancellation, refund, or withdrawal rights will be shown during the purchase process. Some digital content or services may begin immediately after purchase or activation, which may affect withdrawal rights where legally allowed.
Third Parties
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, infrastructure, payments, email, security, accounting, or platform operations.
Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we will rely on appropriate safeguards where required.
